Constructing Character

I spent a solid year, nearly all the 180 days required by law, substitute teaching in Bryan, Texas. The year was 1995 and I was 23 years old. Fast forward to the year 2020 and I am now nearing 48 and have many years of education under my belt, and while methods and strategies may have changed, one thing has not. The value of character in the classroom.

As a Christian, I realize that biblical character is key to raising our children to be godly, wise and responsible adults. So why not start in our homes, in our churches, our clubs and do our part.

After years of pondering this idea, I finally decided to put together a curriculum bundle that would guide parents to talking with their children about good character. I've finished it up and put it on my teacher pay teacher site. Feel free to check it out!
